RoboCloud Superadmin Privacy Policy

RoboCloud Company Limited operates RoboCloud Superadmin for www.robocloud.co.th. This policy covers the website administration and its Google connection, not separate Capy products.

Data and purpose

Google sign-in supplies an account identifier and email to authenticate an authorized administrator. MFA is required to access the dashboard. We do not receive your Google password. An optional read-only Search Console connection retrieves queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position only for robocloud.co.th properties. These support reporting, period comparisons and prioritizing approved website content. The app does not change Search Console data or permissions.

Storage and sharing

Google connection credentials are encrypted on the server for scheduled access. Reports are accessible only to authorized administrators using Google sign-in and MFA. Search Console reports have a 90-day retention window; older reports are removed during successful syncs. Google processes sign-in and API requests, and hosting and database providers process data to operate the website. This app does not sell Google data, use it for personalized advertising, or send Search Console or visitor data to Gemini or other AI models for training.

Your controls

Pause scheduled access or disconnect in the dashboard. Disconnecting removes the stored Google connection credential and stops its use; existing reports remain subject to retention. You can also revoke access in Google Account connections. To request deletion of reports or administrator account data, contact pitoon.w@robocloud.co.th. We may verify the requester before acting.

Website analytics

Our own visitor analytics are separate from Search Console and require visitor consent. They use browser identifiers, pages, active time, clicks, referrers, device type and approximate network location. IP addresses and GPS coordinates are not stored in the analytics tables. Analytics have a 90-day retention window with cleanup on collection. Visitors can change their analytics preference on the website. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
